Kim Buffalo, APRN, CNP

Co-owner of Musuma Healthcare and Medical Spa, Kim has been in the medical field for more than 25 years. Her RN career began in 1993, and includes experience working in emergency room, psych and dialysis.

Kim’s lifelong dream has always been to be involved in the beauty industry. In 2015, she decided to pursue a career in aesthetics. She met Dr. Caldwell and they opened Musuma and have been growing the business together in Grove ever since.

Kim loves the aesthetic world … loves helping people look and feel their best.

“I pride myself on listening to the client and learning what they want and what their goals are. I also try to be honest and forthright about the services we offer and the possible results, so they can make the best decisions possible,” says Kim, who uses the products offered at Musuma. “I treat client’s faces like I would want my face to be treated. I also try to use the product and if it’s working for me, I’ll recommend it.”

Most recently, Kim returned to school, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing with concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner.

In addition to Musuma’s extensive aesthetic treatments, Kim and Dr. Caldwell are expanding the medical services offered at Musuma to include primary care for ages 18 and older.

Dr. Kammie Caldwell, M.D.

Dr. Caldwell is the medical director at Musuma Healthcare and Medical Spa.

An internal medicine specialist, Dr. Caldwell is an advocate for hormone replacement therapy because it provides numerous physical and emotional benefits to patients.

Dr. Caldwell enjoys working in a medical spa atmosphere, promoting restoration and rejuvenation for men and women alike.

In addition to Musuma in Grove, Okla., Dr. Caldwell has two clinics in the Tulsa area, including Caldwell Medical Group MedSpa in Broken Arrow and Caldwell Medical Group Clinic in Wagoner.
